Fastighetsregistret är en förteckning över alla Sveriges fastigheter och samfälligheter. I registret finns uppgifter om t ex beteckning, areal, läge, gällande planer och bestämmelser, befintliga rättigheter. Till fastighetsregistret hör en registerkarta. De som är ansvariga för innehållet och ajourhållningen av fastighetsregistret är Lantmäteriverket. Registret uppdateras dagligen.

The real property register contains all the real property units and joint property units in Sweden. The register contains details on, for example, the designation, area, location, which plans and regulations that are valid and which legal rights exist. A register map forms part of the real property register. The National Land Survey is responsible for the contents and the keeping up-to-date of the real property register. The register is updated daily.
