Enkelt planförfarande

Enkelt planförfarande är en metod enligt plan- och bygglagen som kan användas under vissa förhållanden för att underlätta handläggningen av en detaljplan eller införandet av områdesbestämmelse. Detaljplanen skall vara av begränsad betydelse, den skall sakna intresse för allmänheten samt vara förenlig med översiktsplanen och länsstyrelsens granskningsyttrande.
Det som skiljer det enkla planförfarandet från det normala är dels att samrådsskyldigheten begränsas, dels att utställningen av planförslaget ersätts av direkta kontakter med sakägarna.

english definition:

Simplified plan approval procedure is a method in the Planning and Building Act that can be used in certain circumstances to facilitate the processing of a detailed development plan or the introduction of a special area regulation. The detailed development plan has to be limited in importance, it has to lack public interest and be in accordance with the comprehensive plan and the scrutiny report of the county administrative board.
The difference between the simplified approval procedure and the normal plan procedure is that the consultation in planning obligation is limited and that the public display of the plan proposal is replaced by direct contact with the parties concerned.
