Разграничение государственной собственности на землю

К настоящему времени в России земли, находящиеся в общественной собственности не разграничены на земли федеральной, региональной и муниципальной собственности. До такого разграничения муниципальные поселения и города вправе передавать общественную землю, кроме участков, предназначенных для федеральных, региональных объектов, объектов муниципальных районов, или занятых соответствующими объектами.
