 Profesjonsrelatert karakteristikk av plantype som enten er utarbeidet for gjennomføring av et konkret prosjekt, eller som skal danne det umiddelbare plangrunnlaget for behandling av byggesake for fremtidige og ukjente prosjekter. Vanlige målestokker er 1:500 til 1:2000.Reguleringsplan og bebyggelsesplan er lovfestede detaljplantyper.

Detailed plan

english definition:

Professional characterization of a plan that either is prepared for implementing an actual project or a plan that should be the immediate legal planning document for permitting possible building projects in the future. Usual scales are 1:500 to 1:2000.
The Zoning plan and the Building development plan (cf.) are statutory types of detailed plans.
