Byggeområder

 Lovfestet arealbrukskategori i kommuneplanens arealdel så vel som eget reguleringsformål i reguleringsplan og bebyggelsesplan.

I kommuneplanens arealdel kan det gis supplerende bestemmelser for byggeområder både mht arealbruk mer detaljert, betingelser for realisering av fremtidige prosjekter, videre planlegging og rekkefølge i gjennomføringen.

Byggeområder i reguleringsplan, alternativt bebyggelsesplan, kan omfatte områder for boliger med tilhørende anlegg, forretninger, kontorer, industri fritidsbebyggelse (fritidsboliger med tilhørende uthus), samt områder for offentlige (statens, fylkeskommunens og kommunens) bygninger med angitt formål, andre bygninger med særskilte allmennyttige formål, herberger og bevertningssteder og for garasjeanlegg og bensinstasjoner.

Building areas

Statutory land use term and regulatory zoning category of the Land use part of the municipal master plan as well as of the Zoning plan and Building development plan.

In the Land use part of the municipal master plan supplementary provisions may be laid down for building areas with regard to specification of the land uses, conditions for realization of future projects, subsequent planning procedures and sequences of implementation.

Building areas in a Zoning plan, alternatively a Building development plan, may include residential areas with a with associated facilities, shops, offices, industry, buildings for leisure purposes (leisure cabins with connected outhouses) as well as sites for public (State, County Municipality and Municipality) buildings with a specific purpose, other buildings of specifically defined use to the general public, hostels and catering establishment and garages and petrol stations.
