Žemės Įstatymas, reikšmingas teritorijų planavimui keliomis prasmėmis. Žemės įstatymas nusako:

  1. žemės savininkų pareigas, naudojant žemę,
  2. valstybinės ir savivaldybių nuosavybėje esančios žemės valdymo reikalus,
  3. nustato 5 pagrindines žemės paskirties rūšis ir nusako jų naudojimo reglamentą.

Planavimo veiksmai turi tilpti šio įstatymo nustatytuose rėmuose.

Land law/law on land

english definition:

The said Law is significant to territorial planning in several senses. The Law on Land shall outline:

  1. the land owners' duties in using land;
  2. the issues concerning holding of land owned by the State and municipalities by the right of ownership;
  3. establish five fundamental types of the principle specific purpose of land, and specify the rules of their use.

Planning activities must be implemented within the framework of the above-mentioned Law.
