"Detaliojo plano sudėtis ir turinys - Detaliųjų planų taisyklės nurodo, kad detalųjį planą turi sudaryti: 1. aiškinamasis raštas; 2. brėžiniai su teritorijos tvarkymo ir naudojimo režimo reikalavimais; 3. procedūrų dokumentai. Bendruoju atveju rengiami šie brėžiniai:

  1. teritorijos tvarkymo ir naudojimo režimo brėžinys, kuriame pažymimi privalomieji ir (esant reikalui) papildomieji teritorijos tvarkymo režimo reikalavimai;
  2. žemės sklypų ribų nužymėjimo brėžinys - plotas, koordinatės;
  3. infrastruktūros objektų ir komunikacinių koridorių brėžinys, kuriame nurodoma: a) komunikacinio koridoriaus ir inžinerinių įrengimų išdėstymo plane schema, planuojamų gatvių raudonosios linijos bei transporto ir pėsčiųjų judėjimo schema; b) komunikacinio koridoriaus pjūvis, kuriame pažymimi esami ir naujai planuojami inžineriniai tinklai, nurodant tinklų rūšis, galimus minimalius atstumus tarp visų ten esančių inžinerinių tinklų;
  4. statinių vizualizacija - sklype numatomų statyti statinių tūrinis, erdvinis pavaizdavimas"

Content and composition of the detailed plan

english definition:

"The Regulations for Detailed Plans indicate that the detailed plan must comprise: 1. the explanatory note; 2. schemes incorporating the requirements for the programme of territorial management and land use; 3. procedure documents. In general case the following drawings are prepared:

  1. the drawing of the programme of territorial management and land use, wherein compulsory and (when necessary) additional requirements for the regime of territorial management are accentuated;
  2. the drawing concerning delineation of land plots - area, coordinates;
  3. the drawing of objects of infrastructure and communication corridors, which encompass: a) the scheme for allocating a communication corridor and engineering facilities in the plan, the scheme of a red line of the planned streets, transport and pedestrian traffic; b) the section of the communication corridor, wherein the existing and planning engineering networks are designated anew, indicating the types of networks, possible minimal distance among all engineering networks;
  4. visualization of construction works - content of prospective construction works to be built in the land plot, spatial representation."
