Swedennekustamā īpašuma veidošana

Nekustamā īpašuma veidošana ir darbības, kuras personas veic, lai Kadastra informācijas sistēmā reģistrētu jaunu nekustamo īpašumu kā nekustamā īpašuma objektu kopumu, ko veido viens vai vairāki nekustamā īpašuma objekti, vai grozītu nekustamā īpašuma sastāvu. Par jaunu nekustamā īpašuma objektu nosaka: Ierakstu par nekustamā īpašuma objektu Kadastra informācijas sistēmā dzēš šādos gadījumos: Nekustamā īpašuma objekta vai zemes vienības daļas noteikšana ir pabeigta pēc nekustamā īpašuma objekta vai zemes vienības daļas datu reģistrācijas Kadastra informācijas sistēmā un noteikšanas dokumentu nodošanas Valsts zemes dienesta arhīvā. 1) sadalīšanas rezultātā no reģistrēta nekustamā īpašuma objekta atdalītu jaunu nekustamā īpašuma objektu (vienlaikus maina sadalāmā reģistrētā nekustamā īpašuma objekta ārējo kontūru vai apjomu);
2) jaunbūvi, Kadastra informācijas sistēmā nereģistrētu būvi un tajā esošās telpu grupas.
1) apvienošanas rezultātā nekustamo īpašuma objektu pievieno reģistrētam nekustamā īpašuma objektam (vienlaikus maina apvienotā reģistrētā nekustamā īpašuma objekta ārējo kontūru vai apjomu) un aktualizē datus Kadastra informācijas sistēmā;
2) normatīvajos aktos noteiktajā kārtībā būvi atzīst par dabā neeksistējošu.
immovable property formation
english definition:
Formation of immovable property is activities which is performed by persons in order to register new immovable property as a set of objects of immovable property, which consists of one or several objects of immovable property, in the Cadastre information system or to amend the structure of immovable property.
A new object of immovable property is determined in the following cases:
1) the new object of immovable property which is separated from the registered immovable property as a result of separation (the outline or amount of the registered object of immovable property to be separated shall be changed at the same time); and
2) a newly erected building, a structure not registered in the Cadastre information system and the groups of premises present therein.
The entry regarding an object of immovable property is deleted from the Cadastre information system in the following cases:
1) the object of immovable property is added to the registered object of immovable property as a result of joining (the outline or amount of the registered object of immovable property to be joined shall be changed at the same time) and data are updated in the Cadastre information system; and
2) a structure is recognised as non-existing in accordance with the procedures specified in regulatory enactments.
Specification of the object of immovable property or a part of a unit of land is completed after registration of the object of immovable property or the part of the unit of land in the Cadastre information system and transfer of the specification documents to the archive of the State Land Service.
