Swedenplaneeringu põhilahendus
national definition:Planeeringu põhilahenduse mõistel puudub täpne juriidiline definitsioon. Planeeringu põhilahenduseks on see planeeringu sisu, mis jääb detailsete muudatuste tegemisel samaks. Praktikas sõltub see iga konkreetse planeeringu sisust ja võimuorgani kaalutlusotsustest. Planeerimisseadus sätestab, et kui avaliku väljapaneku ja avaliku arutelu tulemuste alusel tehtud parandused ja täiendused muudavad planeeringu põhilahendusi, korratakse planeeringu kooskõlastamist isikuga, keda muudatus puudutab, ning avalikku väljapanekut ja avalikku arutelu planeeringu muutmise järel. Seadus ütleb ka, et planeeringu osalise kehtestamisega seotud planeeritava maa-ala suuruse muutmist ei loeta planeeringu põhilahenduse muudatuseks.

english definition:It is a content of a plan that remains the same while detail amendments are made. In case of significant and principal changes the basic content changes as well. There is not any strict legal definition of a concept. In practice it depends on the content of a particular plan and discretional decisions of authorities. Planning Act says only that alteration of the size of the planning area in connection with the partial adoption of a plan is not deemed to be amendment of the basic content of the plan. Planning Act also prescribes that if the amendments resulting from a public display and public discussion bring about changes to the basic content of a plan, concertation for the plan shall be re-sought from the person whom the amendment concerns and a new public display and public discussion shall be organised after the plan has been amended.
